Replacement & Refundment Policy
 Assuming any problems is covered by our company, please process as follows.
(1)  Please first do call service center and state the problems in detail so that our customer service specialist can keep a record of your problems.
(2)  Please do send back your goods via China Post to our company. Allow one week from when we receive your returned product for the related procedures.
(3)  Commonly, We’ll receive the returned goods within 10 days after you send it out.
(4)   Replacement: We shall send the new product passed the quality inspection to you by regular postal parcel within one week after we receive your returned product.
(5)   Repair: we will responsible for the defects within one week after it arrives.
(6)   Exchange term:  One month after the shipment
(7)   Warranty period: 12 months after the shipment
(8)   Armada have right to choose repairationa and replacement of the defects.
 
Special Notes:
Here are some exceptions to our general after-sale services, and Acorn International has a right not to provide services in line with Services Commitment. But we will offer you services at your own expense.
(1)  Over the guaranteed period.
(2)  Damage caused by improper using, maintenance and safeguarding in breach of Product Manuals.
(3)  Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly and refitment.
(4)  Without valid purchase invoice
(5)  The waranty card is altered by customer.
(6)  Damage due to force majeure.
