My keyboard is malfunctioning. Whenever I use the top row of letters (Q W E R U I O P) it comes out with a number next to it like this: (1Q 2W 3E 4R 7U 8I 9O 0P) please help. So, if I didnt fix my typing it would look like this.

Try the following and if it doesn't help I would say your keyboard is shot. Try for a refund and buy a new one. They are not expensive.

FIRST - Be sure the keyboard cable is securely inserted in the appropriate PC input.
Then go to Settings/ControlPanel/System/Hardware/Device Manager and find your keyboard. Choose to 'remove' or uninstall the device. When finished, do a 'cold' reboot (power off, then on) and let Windows find the keyboard again and it will reinstall a driver. This usually fixes such problems.
